Make your training more effective

A research project at St Mary's is looking for male runners aged 18-40 to participate in a study to assess the reliability of a new method of determining anaerobic capacity. Through participating in the study, you will find your VO2max, lactate profile curve, heart rate training zones and anaerobic capacity, and can adapt your training accordingly.
