Scoring of Grand Prix Points

Separate Male and Female competitions

Every runner scores 10 points for each race they finish

Bonus of 25 points to 1 point for the first 25 Stragglers in each race

Max score for each race is 35

Your best 4 scores for each race are totalled – max possible score is 140
-
Minimum 4 races to win an award
Grand Prix Awards

Male and female with the highest number of points
-
Male and female hero - for running the most races (in the event of a tie, the lowest score wins)

Highest age-grade performance for men and women in any race
-
Gold, Silver and Bronze awards in each of the following categories:

Senior Women, F35, F45, F55, F65, F75

Senior Men, M40, M50, M60, M70, M80

Most improved male and female runners – at the discretion of Team Managers

The categories are based on your age at the first event (11/9/22)
