2020 AGM

We are now able to confirm that the 2020 AGM will be held on Wednesday 23 September at 7.30pm as a Zoom video-conference meeting. We have had to make the decision to hold the AGM via-video conference as the government are next due to issue guidance on events and conferences on 1 October, which is after the latest date we are required to hold this year's AGM. We have decided to move to a Wednesday in order to avoid our regular club training evenings. Further details on how to join the meeting will be sent to you at the beginning of September.
We encourage new volunteers to come forward for election to the Committee and nomination forms can be found on the Stragglers website or via this link Committee Member Nomination Forms must be completed and returned to the Club Secretary at secretary@stragglers.org by Wednesday 9 September.
If you wish to put a resolution to the AGM, again a form can be found on the Stragglers website or via this link Proposed Resolution Forms should be completed and returned to the Club Secretary at secretary@stragglers.org by Wednesday 2 September. If you simply wish to have a point raised, or put a question to the AGM, you can submit this to the Secretary up to 24 hours before the meeting, or raise it in person at the meeting.
