Our 2019 Annual General Meeting will be on Thursday 18th July 9pm at The Hawker Centre. A free buffet is being provided.
We will be reflecting on the last 12 months activities, looking forward to next year and reviewing the financial status of the club. All paid up members can put forward items for discussion including motions for consideration and vote. Proposed motions need to be received by the Secretary by 27th June 2019 using the Motion Form (visit the Committee Page).
We will also be electing next year's committee. The success of our club relies on the enthusiasm and support of many of our members, and one of the key ways to support the club is by participating on the committee. If you would like to know more, please contact the Chair, Kevin Price, or speak to any committee member. Committee nominations require a proposer and seconder, and Nomination Forms need to be sent to the Secretary by 4th July 2019 (see Committee Page for the form).
