Membership Renewal

- The new membership year starts on the 1st April.
- If you have re-registered and checked your profile (including whether you want to be registered with EA) your membership will automatically renew on 1st April.
- If you have not yet re-registered please be advised that you need to do this by 28th March otherwise your membership will not be renewed.
- Fees for the new membership year will be charged to registered members on the 1st April and statements will be sent out by email on the 15th of April.
- As agreed at the last AGM, the club subscription fee for Adult members has increased to £15, the fee for Juniors remains unchanged at £2.
- The England’s Athletics annual subscription fee for England Athletics will also be £15 - this fee applies for both Adult and Junior members who request EA membership.
- If you are already setup to pay by Direct Debit you don't need to do anything else as payment will automatically be collected sometime late April/early May.
- If you do not currently pay by DD we would encourage you to do so as this is the simplest method of paying. Alternatively you can pay by one of the other payment methods - please see your statement for details of all the options available.
- Whichever option you choose we would appreciate prompt settlement of your account - in particular please be advised that EA membership registrations/renewals will not be processed until payment of fees has been received.
