There is also a team competition with the same age categories and 3 to score.Just in case you need any more motivation, our Surrey Strag ladies won silver L35 and gold L45 team awards in the Surrey masters, as well as five individual medals. So help us get together a couple of teams to show what we’ve made of up here north of the river
To be able to run, you have to have been born or now live in Middlesex / north of the Thames. The definition of Middlesex is the historic County of Middlesex including those areas on the “Middlesex side” of the River Thames. This covers the London boroughs of Brent, Camden, Ealing, Enfield, Hackney, Hammersmith & Fulham, Haringey, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Islington, Kensington & Chelsea, Tower Hamlets, Westminster and the City of London, and Richmond (north of the river Thames). So for example Hampton Wick, Teddington, Twickenham, Feltham and Brentford are included.
If you qualify by living in the area rather than being born there, you need to have lived in the area for the last 9 months to be eligible. You also need to be an England Athletics (EA) member to be allowed to run.
The club pays the entry fee. Please let us know by 5th February whether you want to enter.
Many thanks.
