Ride London 100 - Hampton Court Hub
Posted by Alan Mawdsley on 12 July 2019
It's becoming a tradition that The Stragglists and Stragglers manage the feed station at Hampton Court for the Ride London 100 which is on 4th August this year.
We've got a lot but we still need more helpers!
The jobs include handing out food, water, bananas etc and giving participants direction in and out of the feed station. You will be working at the station 6am - 12noon with breaks.
All the marshalls will get a T-shirt, hat, goodie bag, lunch box and at the end can help themselves to any electrolyte tables, clif bars, energy chew blocks, bananas and gels that are left.
The roads are closed so you will need a bike (or train to Hampton Court station) to get there.
This is a fun morning with a ring-side seat at one of the most spectacular cycling events of the year. If you missed out on the chance to be a "games maker" for the London Olympics, this is your chance to make up for it.
